Bad Photo

Hi All
Just bought this software I am getting a photo problem when loading into the software.
I use an expensive Minolta digi camera which produces brilliant photo,s but when I load these Photo,s into the software I end up getting a grainy effect,that is without doing any changes.

Any help would be much appreciated

Please note that GIF images can only have 256 colors (technical limitation of GIF format), so you should cope with some decrease in quality, if you want to have photos in your animation.
