RapidPHP 2006 cuts big files on save

Post by kkaefer »

Hello,

I am editing rather huge source code files that are about 80 kB. They are in UTF-8. When I am saving these files, they are cut down to about 25 kB. Of course a lot of the code is missing then. I experienced this behavior for example with the node.module file from Drupal: http://cvs.drupal.org/viewcvs/*checkout ... ode.module.

Could you fix this? Because I can't use RapidPHP with these files...

Thanks,
Konstantin KƤfer

This only happens with UTF-8 files. Currently we are working to correct the problem, but we need some time in order to correct this. It might take several weeks or a month.

Update: Most likely the fix to this problem will become available in the next update in a few weeks, because we have tracked down the cause and are working to correct it.
