I have a directory with two files in it. One .php and the other .xml
In the file explorer pane it only displays the .php
Is there an option I have to turn on? Its the same for both the tree view and the combined view.

If you're using a 'project', then you have to tell that project that you also want to view .xml files.
In WeBuilder (what application are you using?) go to 'Project' -> 'Manage Projects...' and select the project. Click 'Edit'. In the 'Files of type' box, add the .xml file type by adding *.xml to the textbox. Ensure each file type is seperated with a semicolon (;). The textbox does not need a semicolon on the end.
So, for example, you might have "*.htm;*.html;*.php;*.css;*.xml" (without the quotes!)
Select another project and then the modified project again to cause a 'refresh' (pressing F5 in the file explorer pane will not be enough).
