save to FTP
Silly question? Is there a way I can save a file to FTP and localy at the same time?
I was doing some work, uploading my file to my website when I hit ctrl-s. Everything was working fine but when I restarted my machine and loaded up the project all my files were unchanged. Had to download from my FTP site?
So is this a silly question?

I use both normal Save and Save to FTP every time & no directory problems.
Make sure you have defined a project, then any files in sub-directories will be saved to the same relative directory via FTP.
I'd guess that without a project defined, there is no reference to know what's the base directory or a subdirectory.
