can i resize a picture to fit a frame

i have some pictures i would like to use
they are 48 x 48 i need to expand them to 125 x125
i can expand the frame but not the picture
can you help

You have to use external picture editor to do this. Current version of GIF Animator does not support this feature, but it will be available in the future.

So currently there is no way whatsoever to expand a picture? Is there any program that would tell you how large your picture is? If there is, I could just go into that program and change my picture to the frame size there...
