Here are three sudgestions:
1- As Italian I work every day with characters like Ć©Ć Ć²Ć¬ etc.
I'd like a tool like "replace all special characters in this page".
2- When you paste some text it would be very nice to have a tool like "Add <br> at the end of lines". It's very usefull and should be easy to make, but I don't know why only few programs have it.
3- In "Replace in files" would be great to search and replace in more than one line.
Then I've found a bug: when in options you set to add </li> this setting is respected by "Numbered list" and "Bulletted list", but not by the "List" wizard.
