Don't works

I've installed Inet Protector but the quotes system don't woks at all. I've tried disabling the firewall and allowing the software as a exception with no results too.
I'm running xp sp2. Could you help me please?

There can be several reasons for this. First you must note that quotas work only for those Windows user accounts for which you have enabled them. Also, please take a look at this article:
