Have never used that feature, but Shift + CTRL + D would get my vote (if I hadn't have voted for 'don't use this feature', and if S+C+D was an option...)
Does it really matter if all key mappings can be reset by the user anyway? Shift + Space adding in the HTML code for a space was annoying, but that was soon corrected.
