Control 'docFilex' has no parent window

Post by malea »

Hi,

I have recently upgraded to WeBuilder 2006 V7.3 (7.3.0.69). I have this installed on my notebook with Windows XP SP2 with all the latest service and security patches.

I don't normally shut down my notebook, I close the lid and it goes into hybernate mode.

When I open my laptop I get this error message in WeBuilder -

"Control 'docFilex' has no parent window"

The error appears in a dialogue box and occurs twice in succession, I click OK (twice) and then I can carry on work where I left off.

This error is new, it didn't happen in previous versions of WebBuilder. It is't critical but it's an annoyance because I can't use WeBuilder until I respond to the dialogue box.

Thanks
Andy

I get this error mesage also - but in Rapid PHP. It usually occurs whenever I put a CD into the drive and Rapid PHP is open (I have two CD drives and it happens with both of them).

Andy,

Is your File Explorer visible, is it docked (and where?) What happens if you close it? Does the error persist?
