A tool to write article, to publish text and to post it to the weblog (blogger.com .....).

There are tools like w.bloggar, live writer, namo ....

Yes, but why would that be useful in a web document design program?
Can't see the benefit of this at all. Maybe I'm just being thick...

My blogs are web documents. I use the same layout (css ...) as in my other sites. It want to do this in a web design program. Therefore i want to use one program for all.

Some time ago HTMLPad had some kind of plug in architecture implemented, I have no idea why it was abandoned, but this is where it could come in and offer such features via plug ins..
