code editor/preview toggle hotkey

Post by Sumaleth »

Any chance of a hotkey to toggle between the Code Editor and Preview tabs, within the editor? To allow for a quick large-window preview, and then quickly back to editing.

The limitation of browser previewing is that the hotkey only works one way, and the split-window previewing options aren't ideal for anyone with a small monitor.

Thanks,
Rowan.

Hi Rowan,

Try CTRL+Page Up/Page Down, moves through the preview tabs forwards/backwards.

So from your code editor, CTRL+Page Down takes you to the Preview tab, and then CTRL+Page Up takes you back to Code Editor.

Ah yeah, those aren't bad. A toggler hotkey might still be nice, but I can live with the back/forth pair. I just bought HTMLPad.

Rowan.

Wouldn't that need to be CTRL+S, ALT+TAB, F5?
