Won't allow a radio stream?

Can't get a stream to come through. Not sure why. Have allowed the website (www.fan590.com) it orginates from not sure what to do. Help please.

the radio usually comes through a different port than web pages. Please try also allowing the player software and the following IP address: 66.46.150.35

Thanks for looking into it, still doesn't work though. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Is the syntax correct in the IP you provided?
