Sure. I'd love to see one for desktop, too. I often work different projects at a time, and need several progs/editors to do each one. That annoying windows task bar is useless. Can you build one that allows me to name it by project, and holds icons for progs/editors/apps related to that proj - to include an "open all" button? I think I waste more time opening the required apps & files than I do working on the project itself....

I think the requirements for this must be specified in more detail. The term "toolbar" has become too widely used.

Internet Explorer toolbar creator would be a very nice program, and i guess it is not that hard to create. The program would probably be popular, since everybody would want to create his own toobar
