Set network drive as upload location?

Post by GWHicks »

I had posted this as a followup in another forum, but realize I should have made a new post of it.

Is it possible to set a networked drive as the upload location?

For example, I have a site we run internally and I want to use WeBuilder to work on it. In Dreamweaver I was able to define a Local/Network drive as the destination so I could work on the files locally and then post them once I was happy with them. Is there a way to do that using WeBuilder?

Great program! I have started using it instead of Dreamweaver because of the serious overhead DW takes. Much nicer to have the app open in a second or two rather than waiting almost a minute for it to come up.

Thanks for your question.

I am afraid that this is currently not possible, because project publishing features work with FTP only. This is already in the list of suggestions and as time permits, we may consider including this feature at some point.
