Color Problem

For some reason when I saved my animation it converts anything that's red, to grey. Why is this?

It could be because of too strong optimization. Try skipping optimization for this image.

I am also having a color problem. I have Easy GIF Animator 4 and I don't see anywhere in the program where I can adjust the optimizer. The only thing that it talks about in the help section is that the optimizer is automatic.

Try Tools -> Options -> Import and change Dithering Mode. Then try saving your animation.
