Upgrade to Webuilder?

Post by Larry »

I'm currently using HTMLPad and have been happy with it as I don't do some of the additional things WeBuilder does. However it seems WeB is the most popular so I got to wondering if it has some things HTMLPad doesn't that aren't listed on the comparison chart.

Virtually all my work is in css and html with a little javascript.

Is there any particular advantage to upgrading?

Thanks,
Larry

I think, you are good with HTMLPad. It is a tiny bit lighter and does everything you need as long as you do not start coding server side languages like PHP or ASP.

It does contain many more features than listed in comparison chart, but most of them are not connected with CSS/HTML/JavaScript.

Thanks, Karlis. I'll stay with HTMLPad.
