WeBuilder 2007 Bug - Keyboard Shortcuts

Some shortcuts do not seem to be working. Some still work.

Example
CNTL-SHFT - F works
CNTL-O - Works
CNTL-SHFT-B - Does not. (I mapped it to mean <BR>)
SHFT-ALT-1 - Does not. (default H1)

OS: Vista Business

Is it only in version 2007 or in 2006 as well? I suspect this is not a version - 2007 related bug but Vista problem instead.

I installed vista about 2 weeks ago. And installed 2007 yesterday.
I noticed the shortcut thing almost immediately. I use them alot.

I upgraded from HTMLPad 2006 to WEBuilder 2007.

Maybe it has something to do with how the upgrade works?
I tried "re-mapping" but that didnt work either.

Let me know if there are any troubleshooting steps I can do for you.

Glen,

Try uninstalling everything and then delete your WeBuilder data folder, including keyboard.ini

I have tested the product on Windows XP and the shortcuts do work. We need more data to do anything about this, so far it looks like an isolated case.

I uninstalled HTMLPad 2006, and WeBuilder 2007.
I couldn't find any data files at all.

I reinstalled WeBuilder 2007. Now the keyboard shortcuts work.
Maybe it has something to do with the upgrading inside Vista and corrupting the file?

Hope the bug helped QA a little anyway.
