CSS toolbar display bug

In v.8 the "auto display css toolbar" option opens the HTML frames toolbar instead.

Didn't you break the feature by importing your old layouts? Try deleting all your layouts and restarting the program.

Please note that layouts are not compatible with old versions. By using old layouts you can damage the interface.
