GIF Won't save

I am getting the same message and clearing the image comments as suggested did nothing to solve it. I need help on this fast......anyone have any other suggestions?

The problem is caused by an error in options. Until we correct the glitch, you may use the following solution that fixes the problem:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options
2. Select Export tab
3. Set Nearest Color for Dithering Mode.
