Multi monitor bugs
I have dual monitors and when I press CTRL+T to create a new table, the wizard type window is shown in the middle of the desktop i.e. meaning one half of the window is on monitor #1 and the other half is on monitor 2. I have to drag it to the middle of monitor #1 everytime.
