I have a paid version of Rapid CSS and have recently downloaded a trial of Rapid php, is it the correct operation that the programs can not be both running at the same time. ?

I have www.bikesforsale.net.au and I fear that the CSS style sheet does not exactely match the css coding used on the site, so can I use Rapid CSS or PHP to give me a list of the inconsistances

You should be able to run both programs at the same time fine. You obviously wont be able to use the same file at the same time though.
If you plan on using different languages, you might want to consider WeBuilder. This integrates a number of different editors into one product.

Rapid PHP editor already integrates *all* Rapid CSS features in its own interface, so there is no need to run Rapid CSS.
