I just tried the new formatter and got and error.
2 different files
parsing exception: unexpected char:0xF3, Last token read at [22;13]
Here is the offending line: <h2>DivulgaciĆ³n</h2>
The issue is the accent a: Ć
I know this is bad practice but easy to write.

PS. I tried other files I have and have the same issue in the accent characters.
