Can't find the php code formatter

Hi,

Probably I’ll get a prize for the most stupid question but, :wink:

I’ve just downloaded the Webbuilder v8.3 (8.3.0.80) update because I was exited about the idea of having a php code formatter and after a lot of searching; I’m sitting stuck,

I just can’t find it! :oops:

Please tell me: if it’s implemented, where did you hide it?

Please note that if you attempt to use your existing interface layouts, the new features will not be visible (because obviously it was not available in the old toolbars/menus).

So (!!!) You must delete layouts from previous versions.

haha. this was such a gotcha for me before when upgrading to 2006 I believe. I was like 'where is all this cool s**t I keep reading about??' :oops:


I wonder if it's possible to add a 'new menu items' menu if the user is using an existing user layout? like, after help or something. then they can rearrange the menus as they like without having to start from scratch. I just use the default menus now because resetting on each new release isn't worth the trouble but I did really like my simplified menuing for a while.

A toolbar called 'new features' so you could drag them where required would be cool. There must be a way of creating a new toolbar/menu or upgrading via the install script.

Due to third party component which does not support this, it would be a pain.
