Romanian diacritics like ș, ț or ă are not displayed properly by Rapid PHP in Windows Vista. The correct diacritics (ș and ț - not with a cedilla, but with a comma under s and t) are displayed like question marks („?”) and the vowel ă is displayed like a simple „a”. The only romanian diacritics displayed corectly are Ć® and Ć¢.
If you would like to solve this problem because it's hard writing any diacritic-containing romanian text in Rapid PHP with &#code replacements...
