Eror in Transparent Background

Dear all.

I get stripes and Pixels in the Background, if i use the transparent funktion. In all Frames on the left side, the same in the Animation.

The color I used is a clear blue RGB R+G=0 B=255 or a clear yellow, or a clear Mangenta.

All I used the same Result.

Can you help.

It seems that the area you wish to make transparent is not all in the same color, although it might seem to be. If you believe that it is, then please send your images to our supprt e-mail and we'll take a look.

Is it possible to have an image and not a color be the background image?

You can create banner with background using banner wizard. If you do not wish to add tet, just get the background, click Finish in banner wizard after you have added the text.
