problem with previous text

Hi

I cant remove previous text when using the text animation

After you have added the text, it can not be edited or removed. What you can do is either to use eraser tool or to cover the text with parts of image copied from frames where there is no text at that position.

Sorry what I meant is I cant get rid of the text from a previous animation

when trying to add text to a new one

It's not appearing in the text box...but when I add text. The previous text appears

Tried backspacing to no affect!
