I have the same issue with no keyboard shortcuts defined at all. I found the shortcuts manager, but to go through and define them all by hand if there could just be the same defaults as in WeBuilder 2008 is kind of annoying. As for deleting keyboard.ini - where exactly could that file be found? Looked around but did not find it at all in WeBuilders program folders or settings zip.
Please provide a fitting keyboards.ini for the default shortcuts or fix this in any other way. W/O keyboard shortcuts, I hardly can use this software efficiently...

cellarius, could it be that you have been using beta before? there was a problem with beta and if you used it, you may have to do this fix.
You can easily fix the problem bu searching your whole hard drive for keyboard.ini or depending on your system version somewhere under C:\Documents and Settings\<Username>\Application Data\Blumentals\<Appname>

Ok, thanks for the hint, found it.
And no, I was never using the beta version. I stumbled across the 2010 version rather by chance this week, when looking for something else here. Bought it, downloaded it, and installed it. Before I used 2008.
