New Update?

On your homepage, it says that the latest release is: "April 25, 2006 Screensaver Factory v4.1"

Is an updated version availabe now and if so, what's new with it?

Yes, it is. Generally there are improvements in stability and quality. Enterprise edition introduces new features for created Presentations.
