W3C Validator
I've stopped using all other editors and now use WeBuilder for everything. However, I can't seem to get the W3C Validator to work, which I like to use to check every page, so I use my former editor only for online validations, which is a hassle. I'm online, and it seems to be connecting to the W3C site, but the results don't show up in the message window (or anywhere else I can see). Anybody know what I'm doing wrong? BTW, WeBuilder is the BEST editor I've ever used, and I've tried them all.
I've never used the built in W3C validator myself, but what I do is I have the FireFox Tidy extension installed. You really ought to check it out if you haven't. It shows you the errors and warnings for any website you're viewing right there in FireFox. It's saved my life for developing W3C compliant websites.

Validator problem fixed
Thanks, Karlis, it was Windows firewall that was the problem. Everything OK now. I'll also download Firefox Tidy. Sounds good. Thanks all.
FYI Amaya is also available for offline validation
For those of you, like me, who struggle with validation on an old dialup connection: W3C offers offline browser Amaya which gripes at most "mal-formed" XHTML. Unfortunately Amaya doesn't handle *all* javascript all that well and you're hard-pressed to e.g. point at a preview and display the CSS where you know there's a DIV...And Amaya will *NEVER* be the editor Webuilder is! It's just a handy validator...
Try CSE HTML Validator Lite for a free offline validator:

I've been using the Pro version since 1997 and it's been invaluable in catching invalid markup.

I'm also on dial-up, and I use the Firefox HTML Validator extension for on-/offline testing (mentioned above). Thanks for the other suggestions, Vandulus and albo. I'll have to check them out.
