inet protector purchase questions

Dear Sales team,
I am interested to buy your software but I would like to ask you some frank questions before:
1- Does your software work with brazilian portuguese windows xp pro?
2- Does It slow down or lock up my pc because I have bought mcafee privacy and content protect but both slash down my pc by becoming a sluggish pc?
3- Do you charge yearly or one lifetime fee?
4- Do you accept paypal or international credit cards?
5- How do you support me? Is it around the clock?
6- Do you have an upgrade policy for competitors? Because I have a valid key from content protect and mcafee privacy?
7- If I am buying it now how do I get the software? Can I immediately download it after the purchase?
8- Does It control MSN messenger or another chat client?
9- Does it control time limit for the children? What about pornography?
10- Does It work with KAV 6.0 (personal antivirus)?

Yes.

No, it does not affect performance.

3- Do you charge yearly or one lifetime fee?

The fee is one-time.

4- Do you accept paypal or international credit cards?

Yes, we accept payPal and all popular credit cards.

5- How do you support me? Is it around the clock?

The support is provided via e-mail. the usual response time is 6 - 12 hours. The maximum (worst case) response time and response time on holidays is 24 - 48 hours.

6- Do you have an upgrade policy for competitors? Because I have a valid key from content protect and mcafee privacy?

Currently we do not have such offer.

7- If I am buying it now how do I get the software? Can I immediately download it after the purchase?

Yes, you can immediately download it after the purchase with Credit Card or PayPal.

8- Does It control MSN messenger or another chat client?

iNet Protector does not look at programs, it simply blocks the Internet connection completely for all programs. Now if you need to allow particular program or service or web address, it can be done in Settings.

9- Does it control time limit for the children? What about pornography?

iNet Protector is not a filtering program , it does not monitor or filter the content.

It does other thing that filtering programs do not do - it allows to make sure that your children do not use Internet late at night and for too many hours per day. So it is a good addition to some other filtering program.

10- Does It work with KAV 6.0 (personal antivirus)?

I am not sure that I understand the question, because I am not sure what does internet blocking has to do with anti-virus. I'll be glad to answer if you clarify the question.
