Easy Button & Menu Maker Pro 5.5 issues

As the title states I'm having problems creating an (Image Based) menu with Easy Button & Menu Maker Pro 5.5

Links do not work with Mobile & Tablet Touchscreens. (Desktops ok) - I did include the js file.
The following Submenu settings do not work:

Cannot increase Font Size,
Mouseover Color and Underline don't work.

Anyone else have these problems, or have a solution?

OK, I'm going to partially answer my own question here...

I was trying to use 2 Menus on the same page.
I removed the second one and problems solved.

Now, How do I put the second one back and have everything work?
