[weBuilder 2006] Ftp improvement (Upload to FTP from code)

Post by GiDEoN »

Hi Karlis,

yet another (relative) simple request.

From the code editor pane, we would like to see an option -> Upload to ftp. I've looked if I could add this myself, using the customize context menu but was unable to find this option.

Now we have to lookup a file (in the File Explorer pane), press the right mousebutton and select Upload to FTP. It would save quite some time if we could press the right mouse button in the code editor pane, and select Upload to FTP from there.

you can right click on the file name on the bottom of code view (on the tab) and select "Save to FTP". Not quite the upload feature but close... :) This is a feature request so I'm moving it to the appropriate forum.

sorry, posted them in the wrong section indeed.

But i'm aware of the option you say, but this is as time consuming as 'search for the file in File Explorer' if not more consuming.

The option (that is already in the file explorer) should really come in handy in the code editor.
