I found an ugly bug at WeBuilder 2007. When you download a file from FTP to some path on your local computer and after that download a second file with the same name it asks you if you want to overwrite it. And when you click overwrite the file is overwritten, but if the new file is smaller, only the length of the new file will be replaced in the old file. The rest is still there!
for example:
default.php

test
test
test
##############
then download second default.php from a different folder
default.php
##############
xyz
xyz
##############
then you get the following file
##############
xyz
xyz
test
