I need Help Downloading and Opening a PhP Interpreter
Hello, Anyone, I am having trouble downloading and opening a php interpreter to allow me to preview my php scripts in Rapid php 2007 editor. I need to know where is a good place to get the php interpreter and which file I should download to open it, and also how to get it connected to my Rapid php editor. Thanks!

Either that or try xampp. Its not only php, but also MySQL and apache.

I cannot preview my php files using RapidPHP and Xampp
Hello, everyone, I am stuck. I am currently using RapidPHP to build my PHP Scripts, so I downloaded the Windows Version of the Xampp Server which consist of Apache servers, PHP, myphpadmin, etc, but when I try to preview my script, it shows the Index page of the localhost. I saved a php file to my servers root directory c:\xampp\index.php, then I tried to request it from my browser by entering http://xampp/index.php, but all I got was the Xampp server index page instead of the display of my PHP Script. So, it is telling me that the server works, but it doesn't work with RapidPHP Editor for displaying PHP scripts output. I have followed this example:
1. On the Options menu, click Preferences;
2. In the Preferences window, click Preview folder;
3. Click Mappings, then click Add;
4. Enter your document root folder and the corresponding web address, in the above example you would enter c:\xampp\ and http://xampp/
Does anyone have any helpful ideas?
