Exception EInvalid Pointer - is it the screensaver's fault?

I have a user who reports my screensaver "crashed his computer." The error reads "Exception EInvalidPointer in module FOSSIL~1.SCR at 000027EC. Invalid Pointer Operation."

Would this be an issue with my screensaver (which noone else has reported) or an issue unique to his computer. Thank you.

Most likely this is something connected to his or her computer configuration and not the scrensaver file. We have never received such error.
