Is it possible to upgrade Webuilder 2007 to Webuilder 2008 for free at its release if i buy it this month? Because i wont pay extra money cause of mabye one or two months later release of version 2008. (because then i wait for its release instead)

I dont know what happens when Webuilder2008 is out but I purchased Webuilder 2006 and i received after an email saying that:
But when i purchased my Webuilder i dont know a future version is incoming (maybe I waited a bit, but... Karlis is a great man)
But remember, if he no reply your oiriginal answer, not is possible know what will happen.

I thought updates were Free (http://www.blumentals.net/webuilder/)? Is that not the case?

Edit: OK updates are free but Upgrades are not - this really needs to be made clear on the above page I have linked...

Like most software, releases within the version are free. Upgrades to new versions are usually charged for, unless a user purchases within a specific time period prior to the release of the new version. This is standard industry practise. The only company I deal with who doesn't charge for any upgrades/updates is Coffeecup software. I purchased their HTML editor once back in 2001 and get every upgrade for free. Mind you, they sell a lot more copies of that than Blumentals, which is a shame because WeBuilder eats CC HTML for breakfast.

That is how they can do it. Coffeecup is inferior to WB. Plus they don't reply solely on the software there as they push hosting also. And there support is severely lacking there, unlike here where Karlis actually listens to his customers.
