iNet Protector 3.4 makes it impossibe to Log into Windows

Post by mkmacgregor »

I have just purchsed the iNet protect 3.4 and am running a full version. I have installed it on my computer and when I tried back into Windows for the first time after installing and setting up my preferences. I get a window the pops up and says:

WINDOWS PRODUCT ACTIVATION
A problem preventing Windows from accurately checking the licence for this computer. Error Code: 0x800703C6 Ok

The only wasy around this problem is to boot my computer in safe mode and restore it to a date previous to my installing iNet Protect. Then my computer runs fine. At first I thought this was a Windows problem not related to your product. But I have tried reinstalling iNet Protect and the problem came back. I would like to have this fixed or my money back.

I am running Windows XP Professional.

Please try the today's version 3.41 and see if it solves the problem. (Uninstall your 3.4 version, reboot, then download and install the latest version from the same web download link).

If version 3.41 does not work, please fall back to 3.3 which is the last known good version untill we come up with a solution.

You can always get version 3.3 using the current versions download link and replacing 3 with 33. e.g.
