I am experiancing problems with Webuilder 9.0.0.97 operating with Windows IE7 7.0.6001.18000 on Vista Home Premium using XAMPP 6.0 BUILD 6001
all was fine until recent auto update from windows.
After windows update
Orig WB 9.0.0.96 preview of PHP would not operate with IE 7 (said not set up) although preview was fine in all other browsers.
External (outside WB environment) view of a locally served PHP page with IE7 browser was fine .
Dream Weaver CS3 PHP preview operation was unaffected.
I have loaded WB 9.0.0.97 this apears to work but IE7 page takes a long time to load.
Any ideas?

Does the preview work with plain HTML and CSS files? If so, this must be something else, unrelated to IE7.
Are you receiving any error messages when previewing PHP?
Also, you may want to put WeBuilder into allowed list in your firewall. This might help.
