Problems in Vista

Hi:

Made a screen saver that seems to work correctly except in Vista. The first image keeps popping back up, between other images, sometimes while the next image is loading. Any help appreciated.

At the present moment there are no known problems on Windows Vista. The screensavers created with Screensaver Factory should be fully compatible with Windows Vista and in fact we develop on Windows Vista, so everything is being tested on Vista directly.

What you can do is to:

1) See if this happens with all screenavers (e.g. with sample screensavers available on our website) or only with your screensaver. If the problem happens with all screensavers then something might be wrong with your system in particular.

2) If, however, the problem only occurs to your screensaver, then probably it can be avoided by changing the settings. In any case, the recommended way is to upload your screensaver and contact us to allow us to test it for ourselves.

I did send a link to support where my screensaver cn be located to be checked. wairing for an answer.
By the way, where are sample screen savers to try? Have not seen any on the site.

Hi:

I downloaded a few of the samples, and have the same problem. I assume it must be my vista doing it. It's weird, othe screensaver I have work fine, just not these. Any suggestions what I may check in vista to see where I nmay have a conflict? Thanks for the help.

Try *all* of the samples and let me know which ones exactly cause problems.

I have tried them on many Vista computers without any problems.
