Says Cannot open file, make sure it's not running

I was trying to protect mozilla firefox and it says make sure it's not running, it's not! Tried system task manager and it's not running in background.

Please describe what versions of Windows and Program Protector are you running and what did you try to do click-by-click since starting the computer.

The first thing to try is to do a restart and then protect FireFox right away before launching it for the first time.
