+ Improved: Do not allow to open multiple copies of a file from FTP
I was so happy to read this bugfix - but sadly it seems that it doesn't fix this issue. :cry: With the latest version I am still able to open multiple copies of the same file via ftp or sftp :oops:

Can not reproduce. Here is what I do: File -> Open from FTP -> open a file, repeat the action for the same file. The program warns that a file is already open and allows to reload it.

Please, don't be confused about those white layers in the video - I had to hide the other servers from the ftp list.

Gotcha. You should have told me right away that it was connected with File Explorer panel :D

Problem again occurs in WeBuilder 10.0.0.112, when you try to open the same file via (S)FTP from the FTP Explorer panel :cry:

My bad. It was fixed in 2008 after the development on version 2010 started in separate branch, so the change was missed out in 2010. Will include back in the next update.
