Were the sample templates produced with easy button maker?
Is it possible to add more buttons to a sample template using easy button maker?

Yes, templates were created with Easy Button & Menu Maker. Simply open any template, do any modifications and save it in the template folder (usually C:\Program Files\Easy Button Menu Maker\samples)
