Apply media options to all items

I would like to be able to enter the text information (including the font settings, etc) just once and maybe have an "apply to all items" button or something similar.

Also in the text box, the ability to center multiple lines.. ie. as it seems right now, if you select bottom center positioning and enter a line of text then press the enter key and enter another line, the 2nd line is not centered on the screen. What i'm looking for is the ability to have one line with picture title or information and another line with the copyright info.
