AutoReplace on c&p from external Programs (e.g. Word)

Hey,

i'd love if WeBuilder would use my autoreplace rules while pasting text from e.g. word into my docs.
I often have to change word-quotation marks into the normal ones (STRG+2), and it would be sooo cool, if WeBuilder would do that for me automatically after/while pasting, accordingly to the rules i set in the options.
