Feature Request: 'Load File List' > Default Folder Location

Feature Request: 'Load File List' > Default Folder Location

When you open the Dialog Window for "Tools > Load a List of Files", OR "Save a List of Open Files", I'd like to suggest the following:

1. Provide a default folder to look in (allow user to set this location in Options > Preferences).
2. In the 'File Type' area, add the option *.* or All Files in the dropdown list.
This allows us to paste (and view) shortcut links to other locations if we need to navigate to another folder.
