I'll try to explain myself as English is not my mother tong.
I like to have some toolbars always in RapidPHP. I don't like the on/off behavior.
After I set my Rphp desktop I save the layout, but the CSS toolbar went off after I put the cursor in any place but a css style block.
As far I can tell this didn't happened in V2008.
Bug maybe or maybe I am doing something wrong.

There has been an option for this in Preferences since 2007 or so.

Ok, I found it, thanks.
Now I cannot be 100% sure, but I am positive I had this marked out in the previous version and now gets marked.
