Single line ASP comments lead to broken syntax highlighting
Is this a known Bug, or is there a workaround for this issue?

Re: Single line ASP comments lead to broken syntax highlighting
It is a known problem, but it is asigned a low priority due to dying ASP and low demand.
Syntax highlighting is open-source, so you can actually contribute by re-coding the syntax parser yourself if this is very important to you. Info on how to do this is provided in Help file.

Hi Karlis,
Please don't diss ASP - there are a lot of us out here using (classic) ASP
I don't feel the need to start with .NET because it is serious overkill for my clients and my projects.
I have many projects and clients using ASP, so I need a strong editor for a long time to come!
If anything, I am picking up PHP as a potential replacement down the road.
I have been using HomeSite since the early days and just recently switched to HTMLPad.
