I just upgraded to v10 of WeBuilder. Upon starting the new program I realized my keyboard shortcuts weren't working. So I went to C:\Documents and Settings\PrePress\Application Data\Blumentals\WeBuilder\settings to retrieve my keyboard.ini file and it was dated today and overwritten by the upgrade install.
I have the settings at work so I copied that keyboard.ini file and then just for giggles I did the upgrade to v10 as well here but it did not overwrite the keyboard.ini file.
Strange...
But, I'm wondering if you have layouts for each different version why not have settings for each different version?
I guess it's not a huge issue either way...

Could it be that at home you installed from an older version and not the most recent from our website? (there was this problem but it has been long fixed)

No. I downloaded the copy I have and just brought it to work on a flash drive.
Funny thing is, I looked at the keyboard.ini file that I thought replaced my version and it has all my shortcuts. They didn't work immediately after installing the program but after a few shutdowns and startups everything seems to be working fine.
Oh well... stranger things have happened.
