How do you use a Breakpoint on a different page?

Post by Clay_7 »

Hello,
I am using Rapid PHP 2010, version 10.02, on Windows XP SP2, Apache 2.2, PHP 5.2.8.8.

Let's say that I start the previewing "index.php." Once I click submit, the page is posted to "page2.php." I want to put a breakpoint in "page2.php" about 1/4 of the way down into the page so I can step through the code at that point. However, I want to start the preview on "index.php" and when it is submitted, it will go to "page2.php" as it is supposed to, but I want it to break at the breakpoint.

So far I can only get the breakpoint feature to work if I start the preview on "page2.php."

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

In debugger settings make sure you have enabled "Listen to external sessions". It is recommended to use web browser output mode and leave other settings intact. Important requirement is to use Run command for your first file, it should open web browser and you can go on from there. And also you should have your firewall turned off for WeBuilder / Rapid PHP.
