While running WeBuilder 2010 with the side panel open viewing projects it keeps losing the scrollbar and you can not scroll
the project panel pane! If you click on one of the directory plus buttons to open the directory the scrollbar will show, but then
if you colapse the directory it will disappear again.

I have to add...
This (kind of) happens also in my W7 23 bit. Not always...
Sometimes I scroll down and what happens is the contents changes and scrolls to right showing other characteristics (like if I was in file explorer, ie... size, dates, etc)
As I mentioned, this is not happening always and i cannot be able to reproduce. (Next time I'll add an image here). To solve this I have to click on Folders, FTP and then again in Project and I get back the files display as expected.
Maybe this is another issue, so you may change this post to a new issue or I can do it. Let me know.
